Family house in Malenovice II
The concept of the extraordinary family house in the national park of Beskydy mountains includes a three-story house with its heart located underground. The inspiration behind the idea was the historical effect of King Arthur’s round table gatherings, the area was designed to serve as a private underground meeting place for friends and business partners.
The above-ground part of the house is divided into three wings. The left-wing of the house is dedicated to the maintenance rooms including the garage. The central wing was designed for social spaces including the living room and kitchen area. The right-wing is then purposed for fitness. On the second floor is located the private area, including a master bedroom and two children’s rooms.
