Apartment buildings
The concept of the apartment building on the Keltičkova street in Slezská Ostrava comes from the idea of the gradual development of black coal mining. This street is named after Jan Keltička, the man who discovered coal in Ostrava. The railings of the balconies on the above-ground floors are designed with green glass in combination with a climbing plant. More specifically the symbol is a horsetail. The garages which optically support the building are designed in anthracite borderline black color symbolizing the long-term effect of decomposition of the horsetails- black coal, defining the position of this region.
The building is planned to be located in a lucrative part of the city which thanks to its terrain morphology has a lot to offer in terms of views. The apartment types in the complex are one-bedroom apartments all the way to a three-room apartment and two luxurious penthouses.
