Delphin Tower

The conceptualized high-rise building in Beirut was placed at the crossroad between the streets of Damascus and Armouni. The building resembles a dolphin. This shape is not only an esthetic solution but also compliments the layout and allows it to be ideally divided into the dedicated parts.

The common spaces with the staircase and elevators are located in the direction of the planned future buildings neighboring which then gives the apartments a view to open airy space. That is the layout of the apartments in the 16 floors. Above these floors is a rooftop addition with a luxurious maisonette. This addition simultaneously creates an element resembling the dolphin´s head.
