Building adjustments of a building object that is protected by historians did not count on the usage of the individual spaces. The basic idea of the project accounted for the sensitive requirements implemented into the current plan including the various demands of each tenant.
In terms of the extent of the reconstruction, the building was to be completely redone ( 1-6th floor) including the technologies. On the first floor, we exapnded and modernized the entrance space and connected it to the neighboring spaces owned by the client. The bathrooms on the tenant floors were expanded as well. The overall layout was redistributed into apartments and offices. The materials and the individual building elements were chosen based on the original solutions and made under accordingly. The copies made of modern materials will allow usage of the space due to the modern standard.
